The
Trial Period (Weeks 1,2 and 3)
Typical
Earnings £8 - £13 per hour
Earnings are made up of: National Minimum Wage (NMW) per
hour + a bonus for each new member “signed up” by Direct
Debit. The size of the bonus is
dependent on the annual value of the Direct Debit, but
averages around £13 per person joining.
Please
note that the bonus element of the wages will make up a
significant proportion of the overall earnings. The lower
end of the Typical Earnings scale is achievable
on an average sign up rate of 3-4 people a week - an easily
achievable “target”
The
3-week Trial Period requires you to work at least 4 weekday
evenings per week – calling on at least 200
owner/occupiers (preferably many more)
per week.
The
Trial Period is for you to discover whether you like the
work and for us to discover whether you have the
personality/motivation necessary to be an
effective Membership Promoter.
Wages +
Bonuses are paid by BACS immediately after completion of
Trial Period
To
qualify for the next stage, you’ll need to have earned at
least £7.00 per hour overall.
The Probationary Period (Weeks 4-6)
Typical
Earnings £8 - £13 per hour
The
Probationary Period is for you and us to discover whether
you can maintain or improve upon the performance achieved
during the Trial Period.
NMW per
hour + bonus for each new member “signed up”. Wages +
Bonuses are paid by BACS fortnightly in arrears.
To
continue the job beyond Week 6 you will need to have earned
at least £7.00 an hour overall – an easily achieved target.
NB Most
of our shorter term Promoters choose to continue to be paid
the hourly rate + the bonus and do not proceed to the next
stage –- Week 7 onwards.
Week 7 onwards
EITHER:
continue as Probationary Period
OR:
By now, we’ll both know whether you
are going to be an effective Membership Promoter in the
longer term. From now on, you can, if you
wish, choose to be paid with a high rate of commission only,
instead of the hourly rate + bonus.
Typical
Earnings £800 - £1200 per month
If you
decide to be paid commission only (and most of our longer
term Promoters choose to be paid this way) we
can (depending on the area
where you live) allocate you a local area to work in, which
will continue to provide you with a
decent income for at least 3 years.
Commission is paid monthly in arrears.
Depending on your circumstances, we suggest you consider
doing the work on a self-employed basis, as this will give
you the freedom to choose your own level of
commitment to the scheme - e.g. you can take time off
whenever you want and can organize your work to suit.
After
10 months work, we’ll invite you to consider becoming an
Associate of FMR Solutions, where you can become involved in
the training and supervision of other Membership
Promoters adjacent to your area.
